Assisted Living Bungalows
A modular assisted living scheme designed for accessibility, comfort and dignity. Responsibilities spanned RIBA Stages 3–5 — from technical coordination and thermal bridging details through to fabrication drawings and site delivery. Rendered interiors, full production drawing packages, and built photography are all featured.

Archetype Houses
A range of modular house typologies developed as a standardised catalogue — 2-bed, 3-bed and 4-bed variants — for volume residential delivery. Full production drawing suites were produced for each type, including floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, interface details and schedules of finishes. The Revit model underpins both the documentation and the 3D visualisations.

Selly Oak Development
A mixed-tenure residential development in Selly Oak, Birmingham, comprising multiple house types including maisonettes. The scheme required detailed site plan coordination alongside individual unit documentation, with 3D site plans produced to assist with planning submission and client communication. Type A, Type B and Type M variants were each developed to full technical standard.
